Our Management Team

Korede is the Founder/CEO of EdgePlus Capital. Prior to this, he was Co-Founder and MD/CEO of Nobleserve Capital, a position he assumed after his exit from Sterling Bank as an Assistant General Manager after a meritorious commercial and investment banking career. He is an Honorary Senior Member of the Chartered Institute of Bankers of Nigeria (HCIB), Fellow of the Institute of Credit Administration (ICA), Member of the Institute of Directors (IoD) and a graduate of the Stanford GSB LEAD Programme.

Korede ADEYEMI

Managing Director/CEO
With over a decade in Financial Advisory and Consulting; Gafar has worked at Nobleserve Capital, Covantage BPO Limited, and First Marina Trust Limited amongst others. Gafar managed a portfolio of clients across different sectors where he was able to mobilise funds to finance projects, working capital supports and bridging specialized funds.

Executive Director and Head, Advisory
Khadijat has almost a decade experience in Business Development, Treasury and Funds Management. Prior to joining EdgePlus Capital Limited, she worked with Sterling Bank, before moving onto Unity where she participated in raising and disbursing investment funds from both domestic and global clients on a broad range of transactions across various sectors including Oil & Gas, Financial Institutions, Insurance, and General Trading.

Khadijat OPALEYE

Head, Business Development
Afolabi is a Finance Professional with expertise in Risk Management, Credit Administration, Portfolio & Investment Management, Corporate Governance, Audit and Control, Process Development & Improvement and Financial Management. He has attended a number of professional courses within and outside the country including Intensive Bank Analysis and Modelling by Fitch Learning.

Afolabi BENJAMIN

Head, Finance and Operations
Oluwaseyi is a Legal Practitioner and Compliance Manager. She has developed expertise in Credit Administration, Enterprise Risk Management (ERM), and Compliance. She championed the implementation of an Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) Framework for the Company and also contributed to implementing a risk-based approach to compliance while developing checklists to ensure adherence to best practices.
